Girls Volleyball
SKILLS CAMP
Improve your individual skills, volleyball knowledge and team play through single focus activities and competitive drills followed by dynamic competition. The second half of each camp day will be training and conditioning to increase speed, agility, strength and vertical. Participants should wear supportive court shoes, knee pads, sports bra, shorts, and an appropriate tee-shirt (no cut-off t-shirts or tank tops and no jewelry). Dates: Tuesday and Thursdays, June 9th - June 30th and July 2
Mondays and Wednesday, July 6th - July 15th
Times: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
